1、无源器件技术总监(副总) 1人
1)硕士以上学历，光学、电子或机械或电子专业;
2)5年以上光无源器件研发工作经验，主导过基于MEMS，平面波导或液晶技术平台的ROADM与WSS产品设计，测试与工艺制造;
3)在专业领域有独到的技术成就，有项目管理能力及研发团队管理能力。
2、EDFA与子系统产品线经理 1人
1)本科以上学历，电子通信或光学专业，3年以上EDFA主导设计与生产测试工作经验，熟悉硬件电路设计。
2)能独立完成EDFA设计与生产测试。
3、光组件设计封装工程师 1人
1、本科以上学历,光学,物理或机械设计等专业;
2、3年以上光收发模块(TOSA/ROSA/BOSA)组件设计封装工作经验。
4、光元件(TO)项目经理 1人
1)本科以上学历,光学,物理或机械设计等专业;
2)5年以上TO -CAN设计与开发经验，熟悉半导体封装设备使用与器件封装测试工艺技术
3)有10G APD 或蝶型器件封装技术经验者高薪启用。
5、软件工程师 1人
1)大学本科及以上学历,英语四级以上;
2)有光器件同行业产品软件设计工作经验2年以上，或相关通信产品软件编写工作经验,精通C++和LABVIEW,能够负责程序的编写和调试。
6、硬件设计工程师 2人
1)本科以上学历，电子通信或光学相关经验;
2)3年以上光收发模块硬件设计与测试工作经验，精通高频LAYOUT。
7、PON产品工程师 1人
1)本科以上学历，电子通信或光学相关专业;
1)2年以上PON产品研发或NPI工作经验，熟悉PON产品生产制程及工艺控制过程。
8、保偏与高功率产品设计工程师 1人
1)大专以上学历,电子通信专业相关专业背景;
2)3年以上无源保偏与高功率产品的研发与生产制作工作经验。
市场销售类
9、营销总监(副总职位) 1人
1) 硕士以上学历，计算机、物理与光电子通信相关专业;
2) 2年以上光通信产品技术工作经验，至少3年以上光器件系列产品海外销售经理成功工作经验.
